When we help another,
we are helped.
If we harm another,
we harm ourselves.
Perhaps harder to grasp—
if we harm ourselves,
we harm the whole universe.
Rachel Wooten

The Full Moon on November 5, 2025, at 13° Taurus
motivates us to invest in building something tangible, solid and enduring. Deepening social relationships and identifying ways to serve the larger community is emphasized. We may have aha moments around how we are intimately and irrevocably woven into the fabric of human society, and all that is seen and unseen. With this awareness, we can take the lead and define the role we can play within the evolutionary journey of the collective and the planet that is our home.

This is a Super Moon which occurs when the Moon is the closest it can come to the earth within its orbital path. This means that tides and feelings will run higher than usual. Feelings may be accompanied by intensity.
Full Moons occur at the peak of each lunar cycle. The days leading up to the Full Moon bring increased momentum, activity and often mounting pressure. Something comes to a head and is experienced as crisis, clarity or breakthrough which can lead to resolution. During the two weeks following a Full Moon, we are completing the month's journey and distilling the wisdom of the recent lunar cycle, so we are ready for the invitation that is presented with the next New Moon.
The house where 13° Taurus resides in our natal chart indicate the areas of life where we are looking to establish greater stability that includes engaging and serving the community as part of our approach.

In a living universe
our physical existence
is permeated and sustained
by an aliveness
that is inseparable
from the larger universe.
Seeing ourselves as part
of the unbroken fabric of creation
awakens our sense
of connection with,
and compassion for,
the totality of life.
We recognise our bodies
as precious, biodegradable vehicles
for acquiring ever-deepening
experiences of aliveness.

Uranus Seeks us to Redefine what constitutes Stability
With Taurus, an earth sign, we look to feel comfortable in our body, an attention is drawn to the physical, the sensual and the tangible. We naturally seek connection with nature. We value stability and security, which includes taking care of financial matters. We look to invest in, increase and stabilize what we value most.
Yet, stability has been elusive in recent years, and is likely not to be a cultural norm again for some time. The movements of the transpersonal, generational planets announce over and over that we are in a time of great transition. Neptune and Saturn have slid back into Pisces, emphasizing the big endings and completions taking place in our individual and collective lives. But it is Uranus that plays a central role at the Full Moon that deserves added attention in this newsletter.
Uranus returns to Taurus (Nov 7, 2025 – April 25, 2026).
Uranus is the planet of unexpected surprises and shocks.
With Uranus In Taurus, the ground beneath us is shifting. What was stable is now unstable.
Uranus is breaking up what has become stagnant and frees up energy that has been trapped.
As the Awakener, Uranus in Taurus (2018 -2026) is providing shocks and revelations needed to wake us up to the ways we are living that are not sustainable.
Uranus will leave Gemini in a few days and return April 25, 2026 where it will remain in Gemini until 2033.
Gemini is the human mind and daily communications and interactions
Uranus is the Higher Mind, or Universal Mind. It delivers universal truths and wisdom.
While Uranus is in Gemini our personal minds will be infused with larger perspectives that lend themselves to deep spiritual understanding, inspired ideas, innovative solutions.
Uranus trine Pluto – Planet of Change dances with the Planet of Transformation lets us know that we are on the verge of something Revolutionary. It is opportune to release predictable patterns of operating in order to ride on the winds of change. We might find ourselves saying yes to something that feels outlandish. Look to what inspires us!
Uranus oppose the Mercury/Mars Conjunction
We are being shocked or surprised by circumstances that wake us up to the fact that no person operates as an island and that we are never alone. We are all connected ... for better or for worse, in sickness and in health... To move forward, we are to be proactive in finding ways to collaborate, share, talk with others, travel, be willing to learn, and to decide how we want to serve and support the greater whole.
The Mercury Retrograde (November 9 – 29) will likely see big revelations and announcements as Mercury travels in opposition to Uranus for a large portion of its retrograde period. We may very well change our minds our mindset about something. What we previously were taught or told may be turned upside down. There may also be disruptions with the electrical grid, the internet, power grid and travel. Let our minds be opened and enlivened by new information, viewpoints and options!
Fixed Stars Illuminate an Expanded Perspective
The fixed stars lit up by the Full Moon reinforce and further amplify the necessity to serve and invest in the whole as a means to finding personal stability and to build something enduring. We are to recognize and define the role we are to play to support the transformational movements happening within the society in which we live. We can feel more at home in our body when we recognize that we are not alone, not isolated, not separate from everything around us. It doesn’t mean that we just let the news of the day in or let society direct us as to where to put our attention. We have agency. We can define the relationship and the way we will serve.
Conjoined with the Full Moon is
The Fixed Star Menkar in the constellation of Cetus, The Whale
Menkar is the Jaw of the Celestial Whale, signifying the great depths of the ocean and the human collective unconscious. Unconscious forces of the shared human psyche are surfacing. During the Full Moon, we are more sensitive to the thoughts and actions of the collective. To our ancestors, whales were monsters, and as the celestial whale breaches, it may bring great collective insight or chaos. Thoughts and dreams we may be having may not just be about our individual journey, but about the collective journey we are all on. To work with this, we can write down and discuss our dreams or the messages we are receiving to gain greater understanding of what is unfolding for humanity and how we can best support it.
Opposing the Full Moon and Conjunct the Sun is
The Fixed Star Zuben Elgenubi in the Constellation of Libra, The Scales
Zuben Elgenubi marks the Northern Pan of the The Scales, revealing what is out of balance and what is not working within human society. This revelation motivates and empowers us to influence the great community through our chosen work. Awarenesses we have around the imbalances catalyze a sense of responsibility within us to address social or ecological problems. We need to be mindful that our motives to help are not coming from a desire to increase our personal power or recognition but that we are truly willing to address the needs of the group we serve.
Opposing the Full Moon and Conjunct the Sun is
The Fixed Star Alphecca in the Constellation of the Corona Borealis
Alphecca is the Alpha Star in the The Garland of Flowers, sometimes known as the Crown of Thorns. Talents or skills we can offer the larger community are being called forth. Our desire to leave a legacy is catalyzed. We may receive an opportunity or offer that can shift our social standing. We will be recognized for the gift we offer, but it will come with a cost, a sacrifice. Success comes through love or luck, not hard work.
Conjunct Mars is
The Fixed Toliman is the Foot of the Centaur, Chiron. The foot is moving forward, walking towards an altar in order to make a sacrifice. Chiron, the great teacher and healer is seeking to learn and expand his world view and wishes to offer something in order to receive what he seeks. As we look for what we wish to learn, or heal, or grow, we are to humbly address the universe and be willing to release or give something of ourselves in order to have our request met. And what we receive in return, we are to share with serve so that they are also enriched by a more expanded, connected sense of the big picture in which their lives operate. .

A human being is a part of the whole,
called by us “Universe”,
a part limited in time and space.
He experiences himself,
his thoughts and feelings
as something separated from the rest —
a kind of optical delusion
of his consciousness. This delusion
is a kind of prison for us, restricting us
to our personal desires and to affection
for a few persons nearest to us.
Our task must be to free ourselves
from this prison by widening our circle
of compassion to embrace all living creatures
and the whole of nature in its beauty.
Nobody is able to achieve this completely,
but the striving for such achievement
is in itself a part of the liberation
and a foundation for inner security.
Albert Einstein
Invest in Upleveling Relationships
Full Moon Ruler: Venus
In a Cardinal T Square Jupiter and Chiron, and
At the Apex of Yod with Neptune and Uranus
We look to enliven our relationships. Certain patterns of relating have become deadening. Something may need to be addressed that we had hoped we could put off or would just resolve itself. We need to take the blinders off and see where our relationships unduly bind, limit, or diminish us. Relationship can be between people, but can also be between us and nature or the earth. We are to relate to the world around us in a way that nurtures connection, respect and mutual reciprocity (Venus at Apex of Yod) .
Venus has interjected herself into the Jupiter/Chiron square which operates throughout the Fall of 2025, which has us working on healing self-confidence around taking the lead in our lives and being a warrior about what means the most to us. Venus entering the mix brings relationships to the fore with a desire to uplevel our partnerships by realistically applying what we are learning about taking the lead in our lives to reframe, grow from, and move beyond unhealthy relationship dynamics. We are looking to reduce dependency and codependency as we honor a growing inner strength to take a stand for what we value. Rather than compromising our values, we look to embody them - this may look like modeling good communication, being up front, extending kindness, being a good listener, appreciating differences and not judging, and looking towards resolutions that meet the needs of all involved.
In Summary
In this time of great change, we are experiencing big endings, as we each complete and release a way of living or a dream we had once imagined would endure. We look for where we can find solid ground and what we can build that will endure. An essential part of this work is to awaken from a mass hypnosis that tells us that we are separate from everything around us, and that the world is inanimate and there for our consumption. We are to heal our conditioned disconnection from the aliveness of the earth and all who reside on it.
The message of the Full Moon comes as we understand ourselves within the context of larger wholes – feeling ourselves part of families and communities, part of nature and the earth, and part of the dance of creation. This awareness of our intrinsic connections will open us to the role, the part we were born to play as our world continues to change and evolve.
Investments are often thought to be financial, and we may look to making adjustments to our monetary holdings. But the larger message of the Full Moon has to do with focusing on where to invest our attention and time to build something that is enduring, that also promises to yield a generous return on that investment. We may or may not be an organic farmer or find ourselves holding a picket sign, or be in a position to discover the cure for Alzheimer's, but if we listen to our heart, we will hear how we are called to invest ourselves to serve the need and the beauty of humanity and the planet on which we live.
