Client Agreement
By booking a reading with Liv By Design Astrology you acknowledge that the insights and guidance provided are based on astrological interpretations and are intended for informational and personal growth purposes only. Liv By Design Astrology does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken by clients based on the content of the readings. Clients agree to take full responsibility for their choices and actions, and to not hold Liv By Design Astrology liable for any potential consequences.
Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for readings, classes or events cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
A $35 charge is applied if cancellation is less than 48 hours of scheduled time. $75 or 1/2 the cost of the session (whichever is smaller) is charged for a missed appointment.
For a workshop series: if you cancel up to 48 hours before the first class, you will receive a full refund. There is no refund for a missed class within a workshop series.
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards expire two years from the time of purchase. While a person is selected to be the recipient of the gift card, if the recipient has failed to redeem their gift card within 90 days, the purchaser has the option to transfer the gift to another person, or to themselves.​
Astrology Packages Policy
Current clients have the option of purchasing an Astrology Package that offers readings weekly, monthly or bi-monthly. Packages offer readings at a discounted rate. Details and agreements regarding packages will be sent via email to the client upon request or with their permission. Packages need to be used within a specified time range, but extenuating circumstances can warrant an extension of time that will be agreed upon between the client and the astrologer. Packages and readings offered within the package are non-transferable.
Follow Up Readings Policy
Follow up Readings are available only to Returning Clients who have had a reading within the last four months at the time of purchase of the Follow Up Reading.

Payment Information: Securely processed via Wix Payments, PayPal or other third-party payment providers - payment details are never stored with Liv By Design Astrology

Communication Preferences: Email addresses used for newsletters, with an opt-out option available at any time.
3. How We Use Your Information

Clients may request session notes, corrections, or deletion of personal data directly from us.

We do not sell or distribute your information for marketing or any other purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party platforms for secure payments and for scheduling, including:

Zoom for online readings

Wix Scheduling for booking sessions

Wix Payments & PayPal for processing payments
6. Client Rights & Data Management
Clients may request:

Access to their personal data and reading notes.

Corrections or updates to their provided information.

Deletion of session recordings and stored notes upon request.
All data deletion requests must be made directly to livwoodford@livbydesignastrology.com as third-party platforms do not manage personal astrology session data.
7. Marketing & Newsletters
Clients who subscribe to newsletters may receive astrology insights, updates, and special offers.

Emails include an unsubscribe option for opting out at any time.

We do not sell or distribute client emails for marketing purposes.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect new practices or legal requirements. Updates will be available on our website at LivByDesignAstrology.com, or by email when requested.
